Friday Fill-Ins

I saw this on Mamaflo's blog today and thought I'd give it a try. It's called "Friday Fill-Ins." A partial sentence is given, and you fill in the blank. Here goes!

1. Ahhhh, it's so nice to smell nice, instead of smelling like smoke.
2. One of my favorite things on my desk or bureau is my Ipod Nano.
3. Japanese Cherry Blossom makes a gorgeous bonsai.
4. My bed is my favorite place to sit and read.
5. Brocolli and cheese is delicious!
6. I love to watch great dancing in movies.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to happy hour, tomorrow my plans include entertaining friends and Sunday, I want to relax, but instead I have to visit my mother-in-law!

Mother In Laws aren't so bad are they?
You sound delightful.

Eh... it depends on the one. Mine is nice, and tries to be nice to me, but she gives off this very possessive vibe. It clearly states my hubby is HERS and not mine, and she does the same thing with my kids -- all traits, everything comes from her. She never even inquires about me or my side of the family.

I dread having a boy, because then I'll have to be mother-in-law. Guys are easy going enough (usually)... it's when you have to deal with a son's wife that you probably run into the most problems! That's my thought, anyways, since we women are so territorial!

That was cute! I love cherry blossoms and would give my eye teeth to be back in Japan this time of year as they announce on the news where they are blooming, north to south. Truly amazing. Hope you have a fun weekend even with the mother-in-law factor!
