Thursday Thirteen

Because I've never done this before I'm going to start off simple. Some people are quite entertaining with these lists, like Tasina. Me, I'm just happy to have finally remembered to do one of these!

Thirteen Things about me

1.... This is my first Thursday Thirteen.
2.... I dislike most food. The foods I eat can pretty much be counted on two hands.
3.... I was born in Japan.
4.... I have moved more than 25 times.
5.... I'm a navy brat.
6.... I dropped out of high school and got my GED
7.... I was married, divorced, and had a baby before age 19
8.... I love to cook. I can make an amazing variety of dishes using only the handful of things I eat.
9.... I support my husband, who is a stay-at-home dad.
10... I am an extremely shy person.
11... I have only a couple of friends, however they are true friends.
12... I'm a nerd. I program computers for a living, and I love doing it.
13... I love to dance. If you find me out anywhere on a weekend, it will be at a club.

I love your 13, Brandie! It's fun learning more stuff about the people whose blogs we read.

Good Job Brandie! We're all learning something new with this blogging and I echo what Maggie said about learning new things about people.

I'm originally from Missouri too.

I was born and raised in St Louis County (Brentwood in fact).
My husband and I were both in the Military and met up in Colorado.
Strange how life happens right?

I had my first child when I was 19 - makes you grow up REAL fast - or fail miserably. Cheers to both of us for landing on both feet and making it to where we are now.
