Trim Up Tuesday (Week 5)

Looks like I went in the wrong direction this week. Oops! It happens, I guess :-)

Weight

  • I have lost 3 pound(s) since I started!
  • I am 1 pound(s) heavier than last week.
  • I am 5 pound(s) away from my ideal weight.

BMI

  • My BMI is: 21.4. This is considered normal.

Diet

  • I ate out 4 time(s) this week
  • I ate an average of 2 snack(s) per day
  • I drank an average of 1 calorie-filled drink(s) per day

Exercise

  • I worked out 8 time(s) this week.
  • I did 1 hour(s) and 15 minutes of cardio this week
  • I did 2 hour(s) and 30 minutes of brisk activity this week

Goals

  • I did meet my last goal
  • My Last Goal Was: Bring my lunch to work 3 times.
  • My new goal is: Eat healthier snacks.

I'm really starting to see some progress, too, so I think my plan is working.

I didn't participate this week, but gained a pound and a half. I'm actually surprised it wasn't more with how much food has been dropped off for all of us during everything that's been going on.

Great job, though. Maybe the one pound is water weight?
