Your whole trim up Tuesday has really gotten me motivated! I did not use the template but posted not one but two blogs about the issue! I am glad you decided to do it as I feel motivated to get off the couch! Today I ate a bit better! Next Tuesday is the day to pick a plan and stick with it!
